But seriously, I love that I instantly got hooked with this story and was curious what’s the case Ronnie is going to take this time. Oh, by the way, Ronnie was the heroine from the previous book that I’ve read, Searching for Gatsby. And back then, I’m already eyeing her character because she’s the most badass 50 year old character I’ve ever read.
To be honest, I was really skeptical when I decided to read this book. Why’s that? Well, the reason why I love reading in the first place was because of the suspense/thriller/mystery genre. What’s the connection? Well, because of that reason, I tend to get picky in this genre that I don’t easily get impressed. But man!!!! This book surprised me.
