I’ve been meaning to write this article right after finishing the first season of Noragami but I don’t want to sound so eager so I waited until I finished all the episodes as well as the OVAs so I can gather all of my thoughts.

Book Review – Pretty Little Liars by Sara Shepard

This story is the first book of the Pretty Little Liars series by Sara Shepard. I can’t say that I’m a fan but I think overall it was still a decent start of the series. I actually like the second half of the book and it makes me feel excited to read the next installment. It’s still recommended especially if you love mystery.

You Are Mine is the first book of the Mine series by Janeal Falor. It introduces us into a new and cruel world of magic where only men can do magic and where women are treated as possessions. Though I understand that this book isn’t exactly for everyone, but I’m still recommending it especially those who loves YA fantasy.

While it Lasts is the third installment of the Sea Breeze series by Abbi Glines. It’s a story of Eva who is dealing with terrible loss when she lost her fiance to war. 18 months later came Cage who then made her realize that the idea of moving on doesn’t sound impossible now. This book was a very emotional read for me and I can’t count how many times it made me cry. That said, this book is highly recommended!

Something Borrowed is the first book in the Darcy & Rachel series written by Emily Giffin. It’s a story of two bestfriends falling in love with the same guy. I first watched the film adaptation of this book and I really enjoyed it. I didn’t knew it was based from this book until recently so I decided to give it a try. It was actually a pretty decent read but I didn’t enjoy it as much as I expected.

My day one in Davao includes a lot of walking and I love that it would only take you a minute to hop from one destination to another. As you may have already know, I stayed for three days at Hotel Uno and it only took me not more than 8 minutes to reach Davao City Hall which is surrounded with different destinations that are also worth checking out.

Anime Review – Code Geass

I keep on hearing some positive reviews about Code Geass for a long time now but when I found out that it’s not my usual kind of anime, I crossed this one to my list. I’m not a mecha fan, I’m not sure why, but the idea just doesn’t sound flattering to me. But I do remember enjoying Voltes V when I was just a kid though.

It’s a hot post-apocalyptic romance story that will give not just give you hot burning romance but also blood boiling suspense. It’s my first time from the author but I have to say that she live up to the hype. This series is highly recommended!
