Manhua Review - My Boss is a Goddess by Ah Tai | Blushing Geek

Manhua Review – My Boss is a Goddess by Ah Tai

Looking at the cover and reading the title, I was really curious about the connection. Never would I have guessed that there’s going to be crossdressing involved, hahaha. What I always love about reading manhwa and manhua is the colored art. You could say that I get easily swayed if I love the art, hahaha. And it goes to say that I really love the art of this one. The character design looks pretty good too. Both the main characters were so pretty when crossdressing that sometimes I ask the One above “where’s the justice in that?”. Here I am a girl but both of them look more like a real woman than me, wahahahhaa.

Book Review - Willow by VC Andrews | Blushing Geek

Book Review – Willow by VC Andrews

Just like the previous VC Andrews’ book that I’ve read, Willow had a difficult childhood. At such a young age, she was informed that she’s adopted eventhough at that time she didn’t really know what that word meant. At third grade she got to find out how they got her and how she came into this world in a really detailed manner. It was really messed up. Reading about how her adopted mother treated her makes me want to get inside the story and slap her. Her adopted father on the other hand is very nice to her.

Manga Review - Kimi wa Pet by Yayoi Ogawa | Blushing Geek

Manga Review – Kimi wa Pet by Yayoi Ogawa

I first heard of this story when I stumbled upon a jdrama which was based on this manga a few years ago. I really find the idea of a person being someone else’s pet amusing. I know what you’re thinking, wahahaha. This one isn’t kinky at all, it was actually pretty wholesome.

Book Review – Web of Dreams by VC Andrews

What I always like about VC Andrew’s story is its simplicity. There were no super impressive words you’ll need to consult your dictionary with every single minute, which I guess is one of the reason why I enjoyed this story more. Ofcourse there were times where I like it when a book has some few very intelligent words in it, but sometimes I just want an easy casual read, and this is one of those times.
