Recommended Books from Mary Higgins Clark
As you have already know, MHC was the main reason why I started to love reading books written in English. I’ve been in love with reading as a child but my reading horizons weren’t that wide compared to now.

Tangled by Emma Chase is probably one of the best books I’ve read this year, and maybe ever. I absolutely love the writing style and the cover totally speaks for itself because the hero, Drew, is so effing sexy and hilarious. I don’t remember the last time I had this so much fun reading something. Highly recommended!
Head Shot by Dani Amore is a story of a struggling Hollywood actor who after staring as the serial killer on a true crime show got his worst nightmare after being mistaken as the actual killer. It’s a thriller story of chasing and mistaken identity with a pinch of HEA.
It’s almost Halloween and we all know people love to hear horror stories during this season but I don’t have any personal horror stories I could share so I thought, why not share my “I almost died” story instead.
Wandering Heart is the third and final book of the Cape’s Corner Trilogy written by Sonia Francesca. It’s a short romantic read that will not just make you fall in love but will also laugh your heart out. This book is highly recommended!
Exactly four years ago today, a 7.2 magnitude earthquake rocked my hometown Bohol, leaving it with so many casualties and with an estimated damage of P2.5 billion.
I’ve been reading books all my life but as years go by, I noticed how my reading horizons got wider considering how sure I am that I will live and die just reading suspense/mystery books (excluding tagalog romance novels, hehe).
No More Wasted Time by Beverly Preston is the book 1 of the Matthews Family series. It’s a story of Tess and how she was able to find love the second time around. This book is pretty much like a sweet Lifetime movie and it was surprisingly a fine read considering the large amount of sexy scenes.
Déjà Date by Susan Hatler is a very good read. Despite the short number of pages, this story gave me a valuable lesson to seize whatever opportunity that come your way so as not to regret it for the rest of your life. Aside from that, you’ll fall in love with the hero in his cool leather jacket and motorcyle. Highly recommended!
Stress is an unpleasant part of our life and if taken for granted, it can result in real physical effects on our body. It has been linked to a wide range of health issues, including mood, sleep and even heart disease.
