I know I mentioned this before in my previous post, but let me say this again, hahaha. I’m now officially back to reading Wattpad stories, yey! This post is actually long overdue, but I’ve been soooooo lazy this year that I keep on postponing it, lol. But the long wait is finally over!
Let me share with you some Filipino Wattpad Authors that I recently followed which made my comeback in Wattpad even more enjoyable. Ofcourse I still enjoyed and reconnected with some of the Wattpad authors I followed before, but I haven’t checked all of them yet, hahaha. So I’ll probably make a new post featuring them…hopefully soon, lol.
For now, let me share with you my recently followed authors in Wattpad! Please take note that the order is not of importance because all of them holds equal place in my heart, *wink.
My recently followed Wattpad authors:
- INERYSS
- Stories published – 24
- Number of followers – 372k
- Genre – Romance (both straight and BL stories) => a combination of light and heavy romance too
- My recommendation – ALL hahahaha, but if I could read it again for the first time, I recommend starting with her older stories. Though most of them were already unpublished 🙁 So for now, I recommend you start with the Buenaventura series, then NGS.
- NEFELIDAY
- Stories published – 21
- Number of followers – 44.9k
- Genre – Romance => her stories are usually heavy, so beware hahaha
- My comment – when I want to bully myself, you will always see me reading her stories, wahahahha. Her stories are usually heavy and high tension, so if I want to hate someone or something, she’s my go-to hahaha. Try the Del Rico’s series, *wink.
- HEARTLESSNOSTALGIA
- Stories published – 46
- Number of followers – 778k
- Genre – Romance => usually are tearjerker
- My comment – I can never go wrong with her stories if I want to cry my heart out or squeal in delight because of the romance.
- SIYANDRA

- Genre – Romance
- My comment – I believe she’s one of the most underrated authors in Wattpad. Her writing style is really good!
- REINTOLD

- Genre – Romance (her latest works are erotic romance, *wink)
- My comment – I can see that her latest works are pretty popular especially in Tiktok, but I really love her previous series more (Cavanaugh series). Her sexy scenes are usually pretty intense, so be prepared, wahahaha.

- Number of followers – 6.8k
- Genre – Erotic Romance
- My comment – her stories are usually shorter than the normal romance stories in Wattpad (25 chapters and below), which I really love! I am not a big fan of erotic romance, but I still ended up loving her stories lol. So that definitely speaks a lot eh, *wink.

- My comment – I only read a few chapters from one of her stories (thanks to Tiktok reels lol), but I am already sold because I love her writing style.

- My comment – this is another go-to author if I just want to hate something, wahahaha. Most of her ML are red flags, so if I want to trash someone, I know where to go, wahahaha. I usually read her older stories because that’s where you can find more drama hahahaha.

- My comment – she usually has amazing storylines, but unfortunately there are REALLY good ones that are already paid, huhuhuhu.

- My comment – If I want to hurt myself, her stories are also my go-to because they are usually red flags, hahaha.

- My comment – I actually discovered this author through its live adaptation on TV. I’m glad she proved to us (especially to me) that the hype is justified. Amazing writing style too!

- My comment – I already followed this author before I left Wattpad, but I read most of her stories now in my comeback. That said, she deserves a special mention for this list, *wink.
You might think that this list is already a lot, but there’s still A TON that I am currently eyeing out right now. There are so many that I don’t think I’ll be able to read all of them in this lifetime, lol. But I’ll make sure to sort them out and will probably post about it if I’m not too lazy one of these days. Let’s just see how it goes, wahahaha.
