My Most Listened Anime Songs of 2017 (Up ‘Til Now)

When I found out that I’ve watched 1,824 anime episodes last year and I’ve been writing some articles pertaining anime, it dawn on me that I needed to add a new section in my blog solely for my anime obsession (and it feels really good finally!). So yep, as you can see above, I’ve created a new section which I named Otaku where it houses everything about anime as well as manga. I’m still not up for reviewing anime because of two things – first, even if I’ve been watching anime since childhood I’m still not knowledgeable in that area and second, I think it’s going to be redundant since I am planning to read the manga and then writes a review afterwards. But I’m almost losing my mind so maybe one of these days I will post an anime review. Not yet sure, but who knows eh?

Btw, since I’ve shared the best anime that I’ve watched in 2017 last month, I think it would be fitting to also share with you guys my most listened Anime songs of 2017 which I’m still listening now actually. Well, to be honest? I think I’m addicted, haha.

I’ve been meaning to recover my account in Spotify but I always forgot lol, haha. But I am doing it now, I promise. So for now, you can listen them through soundcloud while I’m working my way in Spotify, haha. I’ve arranged them by playlist through the anime they belong so it would be easy to navigate. The list below are in no particular order as I love ALL of them. (Unfortunately I can’t embed playlist that has more than 15-10 songs more than once, so I added the link instead)

  • Fairy Tail
  • Soul Eater
  • Toradora
  • Deathnote
  • Cardcaptor Sakura
  • Ao Haru Ride
  • Future Diary
  • My Love Story
  • Rurouni Kenshin
  • Ranma 1/2 – listen it here.
  • Attack on Titan
  • Slam Dunk
  • Ghost Fighter
  • Blood+
  • Flame of Recca
  • Shaman King
  • Kimi to Boku
  • Chihayafuru
  • HunterxHunter
  • Your Name
  • Kiss Him Not Me
  • Fullmetal Alchemist
  • Erased
  • Kimi no Todoke
  • Bleach

Pretty long huh. Btw, not all songs we’re in Japanese but there were also some in English and were just covers. Also, they’re not really complete as it’s very limited in soundcloud, *sad face. If you’re curious to check out all of my playlist (well, atleast some of them), you can visit my soundcloud account here. Hope you find something in the list that  you wouldn’t mind listening too, *wink

Oh wow, that’s a huge amount of anime, I think it officially makes you an expert. I had no idea that anime had soundtracks, the tracks are so catchy. No wonder you watch so much. As an expert for someone who hasn’t watched anime before, what would you recommend someone start with?

Hehe, I really overdid myself last year. And yes, anime do have sound track and they’re mostly catchy that even if you don’t understand the lyrics, you can’t help but keep listening hehe.

I am so writing an article for some suggestions Kelly. Just like books, there’s a lot of genre in anime and I want to recommend you some good ones based on the genre you like. I am hoping I could write it this week though. I’m really excited. I hope you could find something you would be interested to watch 🙂

So it’s not just me, then? You love listening to this music, too? And why I have a feeling I should have seen this coming? Haha! I mostly hear them in Japanese, they are catchy and more fun 🙂
