One thing I’m sure that we all have in common is our love for reading. Don’t you agree? *wink. It’s always amazing how each book makes us feel a different kind of emotion (and almost a lot of them at the same time), how each book transports us into a different kind of world, and how we’ve got to live a different (and most of the time interesting) life. Reading slumps sucks. I really hate it when that happens and as you can recall in my previous review, I mentioned that I just had one early this week and luckily, I’m back to business, *wink.
I really hate DNF, so as much as possible I don’t drop them if I see some few points that I like or acceptable. But lately, I’ve been fed up with the increasing number of books in my TBR that is, to make it mildly, unpleasant. So as part of this year’s goal, I decided to just let it go if I don’t like it. Finishing it won’t make it much better anyway.
