Jardin Necitas is the newest tourist destination in the Province of Bohol. It's an amazing garden that features LED-lighted roses and tulips that glows at night. Sounds familiar? Well, I did post an article last December about the 10,000 Roses Cafe in Cebu and the two almost had the same concept.

Right after Kawaii Cafe, I started to grow a liking for a cafe that allows you to dress up either as your favorite anime character or other countries traditional costumes.
I don't make it a secret that I'm a fan of Japan - from anime, music, culture, the people and the country as a whole. I'm not really sure when my fascination to Japan started but lately, I had this unrelenting desire to learn more about Japan, especially their language.
