I’ve been seeing snippets of Light a Candle in tiktok for quite a while now. And each time I read them, my heart would go doki-doki, until I finally fell hahaha. It speaks a lot since I haven’t read it yet and I already felt that way. How much more if I decided to finally read it right?!
The Sun’s Heartbeat is about the love story of Marem and Achilles, which were familiar characters in the Costa Leona series. Of all the books in this series, I have to say that this one is the most painful and thereful unforgettable story for me. Heck, just thinking about it still makes me want to cry, huhuhu.
Sands of Time is the anticipated 6th book of the Costa Leona series written by Jonaxx. It’s a story of love, forgiveness and justice. Just like her other stories, this one sent me to a roller coaster ride of emotions and I suddenly found myself crying. The scenes, the lines, everything about this story is just amazing. Well, what can you expect from Jonaxx eh? Highly recommended!
What Lies Beneath the Sand is the 5th book of the Costa Leona series by Jonaxx. Just like her usual stories, this one sent me into insanity. The lines, the scenes, the characters, all we’re so good that I ended up falling…hard. Not my favorite from this series but still a very good story. Highly recommended!
Every Beast Needs a Beauty is the first book of the Good Lips series by Jonaxx. This is one of Jonaxx’s earlier books and I wasn’t really that impressed when I read the first few pages. It was so corny and quite predictable and it doesn’t sound like Jonaxx. But I’m glad that my determination was paid off because the later chapters was getting better than the first. This may not be one of my favorites from Jonaxx, but it was still a really good read.
