It is the story of Celia, a gems and jewelry expert, who accepts the opportunity to hold a lecture in the luxurious Queen Charlotte cruise, hoping to get away from the humiliating arrest of her ex-fiancee who betrayed her.
This book didn’t let me put it down until I finished it unlike what I felt reading its previous book. I am really hopeful of this book after seeing its ratings on goodreads, and I am extremely happy that it’s finally good! The first few chapters are still a meh but the story becomes really interesting once it finally talks more about the rebels and what they are really fighting for.
The Queen is just a very short read but I genuinely enjoyed reading this one. It’s been years since I read The Selection which is the first book of this series, so I was a little confused while starting this story. I only got the hang of it when I found out that this is a story about Prince Maxon’s parents.
That was wow. Sapphire Flames as expected is another fun and exciting read. The adrenaline kept me at the edge of my seat and the chemistry between Catalina and Alessandro made me giggle like crazy. I loved it.
James Clyde and The Tomb of Salvation continues the adventure of James Clyde and his friends in world known as Orchestra wherein they struggle to stop the evil queen to attain immortality in order to save his people. If you haven’t read the first installment, then I recommend you read it soon as this sequel is even better!
