Book Review – Take Me Home for Christmas by Brenda Novak

Take me home for Christmas started with Sophia, her daughter and all of the yacht’s crew frantically searching for her husband. I would be lying if I say that that opening didn’t give me an MHC story’s vibe hahaha. I know I will like this story the minute I read the first chapter. It was so entertaining and the chemistry between the characters is so palpable. I don’t know about you, but this story reminds me so much of Wallbanger by Alice Clayton.

Looking for a short but sweet contemporary romance story? Why Don’t We? by Jamie Ayque may be a good choice. The story line may be cliche but I bet you will like the sweet addition of desserts in this story. Plus, it’s HEA guarantee and there’s 0% chance that you’ll want someone dead because of frustration, haha. Recommended.

The writing style was incredibly good too so why not give this one a try eh?

Kiss the Sky is undeniably a sexy read, but it was a bit too much for me. The cursing didn’t sit well on me either but the romance was really something, plus I love the combination of Rose and Connor. It was a dual POV too, and that’s a winner in my book. If you enjoy sexy contemporary romance, then this story might work best for you.
